Hancock’s Turf Type Tall Fescue blend is adapted though the cool season turf grass areas in the north, though the transition zone, into the southeast and southwest. This blend is adaptable to a diverse range of soil types and will tolerate a pH range of 4.7 to 8.5. 

Product Features:

• It is recommended for home lawns, golf course roughs, parks and playgrounds, sports fields, and other low maintenance areas where top-quality tall fescue is desired.
• It is also used as a quality sod grass. Hancock’s Fescue can be combined with other improved varieties of turf-type tall fescues and may also be mixed with 5-10% Kentucky bluegrass.
